Universal church
The "Body of Christ," which is made up of all who have trusted in Christ for their salvation. That someone is part of the universal Church, is independent of membership in any particular local church. Even though ideally, all members of a local church should be believers, this can't be known with certainty as only the Lord knows the heart and who are his.

In contrast, the local church is the local expression of the Body of Christ body in a given area and the believers who are part of a local church form a subset of the universal Church.

Some groups do not accept the concept of the universal church, arguing that in the Bible there are only local churches. This view has practical implications for fellowship between believers who are members of different churches, particularly if some accept the concept of the universal church and others do not.

Universal Reconciliation
A more theologically nuanced form of classic universalism. In this view, all will be saved regardless of whether or not they have heard the gospel or explicitly trusted in Christ for salvation because of the efficacy of Christ's death on the cross to fully reconcile everyone to God.

Universalism

The view that all can be or will be saved regardless of whether or not they have heard of gospel or explicitly trusted in Christ for salvation. Depending on how this view is held, the actual salvation of an individual may depend on their works in this life, allowing for the exclusion of the especially wicked.

Unlimited Atonement
The view that Christ died for every person, but the benefits of his death are experienced only by those who believe the gospel and trust Christ for salvation.
