I just found and am cking you guys out.I feel that if what some faith and prosperity teachers preach is true how do they get around Paul who had a thorn in his side God would not remove who thanked the church for more than one time supplying his needs. The way they teach Paul must have been living in sin because God would not heal him or make him rich were he did not need the church to provide for him.If Paul was out of Gods will God help me I am not half of Paul in being faithful to God.Where was it Christ laid his head o yea he had no were to lay it.The other thing that has always bothered me is why does every one get pushed down backward?when all I have ever read in the word is they fell on their knees or they fell with their face to the ground. from what I know Satan does every thing in revers of God.What do you think about that? in Christ’s Love Marc
Hi Marc,
Welcome to the ABI blog!
I had never heard of or thought of falling backwards as a sign of Satan’s work in reverse of God’s. I doubt that we can attribute everything like this that is going on to Satan. People are capable of a lot of strange things on their own. The power of suggestion is very powerful, especially in a group. The psychology of this can be seen at work when magicians do their illusions. Especially some of the really big things like the Statue of Liberty disappearing. This isn’t to say that there is not sometimes demonic activity involved, which I suspect is the case in certain situations.
